This traditional
designed unit is a heavy-duty, high volume, fast recovery pizza
oven. This oven is equipped with a full 60" x 12" door
opening, exposing a baking compartment 60" wide, 36" deep
and 10" high... the largest available in the industry today. In
order to make the Model 1060 the most fuel efficient gas pizza oven
on the market today, Blodgett designed a system for transferring
heat from the combustion chamber to the baking compartment.
