Merco Hot Food
Display Cases are manufactured from heavy-gauge stainless steel and
aluminum alloys selected for even heat transfer and easy
cleaning. All models feature Merco's patented EZ-Insert heat
tubes. Bright incandescent illumination (with separate on/off
switch on "TS" models) is provided to display food in its
best light. Infinitely adjustable heat control(s) allow you to
"dial-in" the exact temperature for any product.
Thermal Shelf ("TS") models have a separate infinite
control for bottom warming with insulated heat cable base unit.
