"Easy Reach Rail" system. The height has been
significantly reduced, making it easy to see and reach all the
ingredients.

Exterior top is constructed of
one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel, with integral 2.12"
high square nosing at the front.
Raised Rail . . .
Top has a mechanically cooled
refrigerated raised rail at the rear with openings to
accommodate 2000 series pans (provided by others).
Exterior Back And
Bottom . . .
Exterior back and bottom are 24-gauge
galvanized steel. Exterior ends are finished with
stainless steel.
Base Interior . . .
Base interior has aluminum back and
bottom. Base interior ends and door frames are
thermoformed ABS plastic. Each interior door section
has (1) 25" deep removable epoxy coated wire shelf
adjustable to (2) positions.

Base is insulated with 2" high
density foamed in place polyurethane. End of base has
a machine compartment with condensing unit installed.
